Non-Discrimination Policy

This policy applies to every decision made on Frontage about who can use the platform, book a space, or have their content displayed.

1. What this covers

Frontage does not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, colour, ethnicity or national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age, by any user against any other user. This applies to sellers deciding who may book their space, to how a seller reviews and approves or declines a buyer's advertising content (see the Content Approval clause in the Terms & Conditions), and to any other interaction between users on the platform.

2. Declining content or a booking

A seller may decline a buyer's advertising content, or decline to make a space available to a particular buyer, only for a legitimate reason unrelated to a protected attribute listed above — for example, that the content is unlawful, unsafe to install, conflicts with an existing tenancy or contractual restriction on the property, or is a category of content (such as alcohol, gambling, or political advertising) the seller has reasonably chosen not to host at that property. A decision that is pretextual — where a protected attribute is the real reason, dressed up as one of these — is a breach of this policy regardless of the reason given.

3. Reporting a concern

If you believe you've experienced discrimination on Frontage, contact teeyaam@gmail.com with details. Frontage will investigate and may suspend or terminate the account of a user found to have breached this policy, in addition to any other consequence available under the Terms & Conditions.

4. Changes

Frontage may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the platform. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
